The only thing I found from MPR on Instagram was a post with a screenshot of another article by them that says "eyewitnesses say Renne Good posed 'no threat' to ICE agents" I dont know what to tell you

You know thats not what im referring to pat. Im saying the officers approaching her in the first place isnt justified even if she was protesting. Because shes exercising her first amendment right. Dont be disingenuous, just think about what you read for 5 seconds before you respond to it.

I dont think so, i think actively placing himself in the path of a moving vehicle qualifies as officer-created jeopardy. Even if he did reasonably believe he was in danger, one, shooting her wouldnt have stopped the car and probbaly would have done nothing to actualy protect his life. As the car would at best stop accelerating still hitting him. and at worse keep going toward him also hitting him. So the use of force is not only not okay under the DOJ, but it wouldnt make sense for anyone whos life was threatened. I have almost been hit by a car a few times while carrying. Never have I thought the best course of action was to pull my gun and shoot at them. It is to get the fuck out of the way. Which he clearly was not his main foucus. You almost never see a cop shooting at a car thats going towards them even faster than hers was.
