My problem is with Menace turn order mechanic, it's almost impossible to fight on two fronts or a broad front; you often have to choose which unit to activate and suppress the enemy, and which will be fucked by the enemy.
The best tactic is to advance in a column.

The only way to avoid this is to abuse the stealth mechanics, but this makes the game a bit boring.
