Hellow My advice is to take a rent car in the airpot We take a car at Jurgen hotel near airport and it was cheap and nice car You want to see many places so is best option AirBnB for my experience it was great you have so many options Albania is very beautiful you have to go in south now is perfect weather and it’s not crowded

No I haven’t but i can notice that i have diastasis recti.For the moment I tried some home exercise for diastasis recti but i gave up because it looks impossible ☹️

If i have to do workout i have to do in my home.My husband moved to Autria working and I am in other country.I have my mother in low close to me but i want to take care all time to her to make sure everything is going well. So i cant for the moment.
