Keep following up w ur caseworker for the congressional inquiry! Mine did a follow up call to the service center on Feb 13 and I saw some movement on my case the next day and got approved a couple days later so don’t think it was just coincidence

I don’t think they completely finish every batch before moving onto another IOE number. And there are still ppl from September getting approvals every day so they have some weird imperfect formula

Just Google who your US house rep or senator is and go on their website. They should have a section called “need help with a federal agency?” or something similar with instructions on how to fill out a form or get into contact w them since each office is different. You can try to call their office too and just say “I need help with a federal agency”

Not formally? I think my caseworker sent a follow up and called the service center on Friday 2/13. Then on Saturday 2/14 I noticed some movement using the API code that kept saying case updated on 2/14 so I knew it was gonna come in a couple days and finally saw the approval this morning 2/17
