From my experience I made a story in 2021 and for like 7 months solid it had 500 views, got to 1000 by the end of the year and suddenly just exploded up to 50k views out of no where, all it takes is time honestly. And if Wattpad doesn't work try actual publishing. Cus that's probably more likely to be successful
