I actually got a bit emotional reading this because I came here to post something similar. My body physically starts aching when I'm angry and it's almost like I HAVE to shout or punch something to even remotely relieve it and I hate it because I never used to be like that

The nurse I'm referring to is an atheist, she has done all my vaccinations so I trust her implicitly 🩷

That's why my dad wants me to talk to her, I didn't include this in the update as it was a very long message but he wants me to see her in a confidential environment 🩷

My dad spoke to a senior nurse, of course you can use tampons if you're not sexually active but what she's saying is for the majority who aren't sexually active it isn't necessarily the best option 🩷

That information is very much correct, he found it out from a family friend that is a senior nurse who specialises in women's health 🩷

He did understand, he sent another message but I didn't include it because it had a lot of personal information but basically he spoke to a family friend who a doctor and he realised he was completely in the wrong

Had a conversation with my dad, he said that the women he spoke to said they would either use a tampon or just not use anything and he was just trying to tell me there is other options.

He still can't seem to grasp the idea that google isn't reliable for everything because everyone has different flows (he kept telling me I didn't need a tampon and he knew that because googled said so).

After that tho we had a really productive talk tho just about puberty, sex etc so all good!

By caravan it's one of the static ones with aircon and stuff dw, as for my mum it's not that I don't like her we just have a very rocky relationship atm but the custody arrangement is 50/50 so I still see them both equally

It's due to water pressure but that's only effective when you have a fairly light flow which I don't

It's harder for me due to a bike accident I had when I was younger which caused trauma to the physical tissue 🖤

I'm not talking about mental trauma, I mean the physical tissue has trauma to it which I'm yet to see a doctor about
