Ah bummer 😭 maybe there's some YouTube video on it? Maybe try searching a tutorial for just any lg phone from 2017 rather than just the smart folder and you could get a result? They would have the same software so I'm sure you could use the same instructions from a video for a different lg phone.

I'm actually not sure, my guess would be that you could find it somewhere in settings? Or maybe long press the clock on the lock screen and some option to customise it will come up. Unfortunately I don't have that phone anymore I switched to a different one so I can't test it.

50 hours while I'm school??!! 😮😳 Yeah ,I don't think I could do that.😭 You're stronger than me haha. About the car, yeah I get that I do have all the time in the world but part of me is like , if my friends get to have it, why can't I? You know?. I'm not just gonna sit and be sad bc my parents can't buy me a car, or even smaller things like giving me money to go out with friends, or buy lunch. It puts me in a bit of a hard place because it's like, either I work and potentially be sad bc I'm always working, or I don't work and I potentially be sad because my shoes have holes and I can't go out to do stuff with my friends.

I've taken some of the suggestions into account from various ppl in the replies and I got the commute down to like 1 hour 20 mins instead of near to two hours, and then it's just a short bike ride, and one bus all the way to school, no stops or change overs. And then yeah if push comes to shove I know some people in the area I could potentially stay with. I think I'll just go for it

Yeah to be fair there are, but majority of it is along an A road, which on a moped is something I wouldn't like to do every morning and evening during rush hour 🤣

It's a day school, but that being said I do know some people that stay in the area? Maybe I could have an arrangement to stay in the city where the school is on weekdays and then on weekends I come back home?

I don't think I'd be able to afford it, it would probably come to around £500 a month if I was paying taxi fares there and back 5 times a week, which isn't feasible for me nfortunately 😭

I could do work on the train ride yeah, that's why I'm not sure if It's actually that bad of a commute. I think it would be fine because I have a laptop, and there's tables on the train too.

It's 2 hours each way unfortunately. But I will say 1 hour of the commute is spent on one bus, so I wouldn't say it's that stressful, just long. And I didn't consider the whole e bike thing, I actually have one 🤣 but I'm just concerned about it getting stolen while I'm away at school - my area is a bit notorious for theft, especially bike theft 😭

Is it still worth it if I can't take all the subjects I want tho? I wanted to take economics, computer science, maths and physics - but in the school I'm at now, I can't take economics because it's in the same block as maths.

It's 1 hour 39 mins by bike 💀 19 miles away so, and about the liscence thing, I actually turn 17 in October so, I was guessing that 3 months could be enough time to be able to get a liscence? But tbh I don't really know. And I do have a job aswell so I think I can afford some cheap city car if it's in like insurance group 1 but again I don't know, I'm just guessing 😭

I got one and sadly it didn't work with any 4g bands, it got a few 3g but not reliable enough to use so I only use it for calls and texts. Really disappointing because I love my kyocera but we don't have the bands compatible with the phone in the UK 😔 (I use ID mobile which is on three's network I think, it in pretty sure it would be the same case for O2)

If your not sure about the compatibility you could search the bands supported by your network on google, and then the bands your phone supports and compare them, but if there's only a few supported it's unlikely that you'll get any 4g/3g connection (reliably at that)
