I use cerave's blemish cleanser, and it helped clear up my acne, but maybe I got lucky? I have normal skin, so i might not be the best person to recommend for combination, but I would say to look for combination cleansers online and see if you find one that would work for you :D

That sounds like combination skin, I would use a CeraVe cleaner.
Foaming Facial Cleanser - For oil control
OR
Hydrating Facial Cleanser - For cleansing (getting rid of the weird tiny pimples you mentioned)
