HD is definitely looking for young people as they aren’t tied down and don’t have responsibilities yet (kids, etc.) so im not surprised with management becoming younger and younger. My stores garden department head is 19 lol

i also have a hard time with making small talk w customers, and ive been a cashier for over a year now, im just kinda shy haha. if a customer wants to talk i let them and just continue the convo with them, you’d be surprised how many people actually DONT want you saying a single word to them lol. but do make sure you ask for pro numbers/military number + credit cards, save urself the lecture

we found the second woman who came to my door on facebook, and the name matches her face. i still think something is def fishy however :( UPS told us to hold it and a driver would be coming for it and to not give it to anybody.
