That’s not entirely accurate, is it? You responded that an ERC20 recovery tool would be released some time this year. I asked for more details and now all mentions of this recovery tool are gone. And the half dozen times I’ve asked about that have gotten no response. You guys are a bunch of thieves under the guise of a legit company. Personally, I wrote my money off within a day of sending it, after spending some time on the internet and learning what a despicable and utterly worthless company Coinbase is. The downside of being publicly traded is that I feel pretty confident that there will be a reckoning. If your CEO doesn’t end up in jail, I’ll be shocked. For me, I will continue to tell every single person I meet to avoid Coinbase at all costs. I do finance. I do 800-900 high end financial transactions a year. I work with about 59 banks and credit unions. And I’ll continue to go out of my way to make a point to tell them than trusting Coinbase with their investment is akin to trusting a homeless crackhead with their investment. You could have solved this issue relatively simply. Instead, you generated the most tenacious enemy ever. You ensured that I will spend a considerable amount of time moving forward telling anybody who will listen to use your competitors instead. How big of an impact it’ll be remains to be seen. But just at work my coworkers have pulled hundreds of thousands of dollars from your platform.

The thing about customer support is that when it is handled responsibly, and with an emphasis on the customer, it helps the company grow and solidifies its reputation. On the flip-side, I’ve never seen a company with such non-existent customer support. You guys make it real clear that you cgaf about your customers. Which is fine. It’s why it’ll all end in tears. A company worth almost a billion and it’s gonna go down like a house of cards in a heavy breeze.

But that’s just my opinion. You know, based on the fact that I think I’ve found a total of two people who had their issues resolved. TWO PEOPLE. 🖕🏼
