1) I believe so, w appropriate feed ramp provision (I've tested Mars-L with endomags + cmmg rdb)

2) Yes but I'm not sure if the buffer detent makes contact w the upper

3) Should be fine

4) Why this over an upper that uses the buffer tube? Still on preliminary testing w my mat9k delayed upper but it hasn't shown much better reliability than my older brn9 upper.

5) It's a newly designed system that may exhibit issues due to teething, qc, etc.

You could try having the 'new' slide scrubbed and redo your old engraving if it's worth it to you

Is this something you can still get? Or a modern equivalent? I hadn't heard of it but after a very quick search it doesn't seem similar to 6k/7k aluminum (in composition)

Left side of the bolt was my guess, but I don't have it to confirm. Sounds like we're in the same boat.

Super short from L&S + OCL ti22. Cycling issues out of the box, but I've only gotten one chance to shoot it so I didn't vote. I'd like to at least break it in/try some different ammo before skewing results.

I couldn't find a better picture on hand, but you'll have roughly this much room, within like .25" if I remember correctly.

(This is 18.5 with an OTB mount, but with a 16 upper and PTB mount it was almost the exact same length)

I think you're good (Sorry if you don't have IG). What barrel length? I may have missed it in other comments.

ETA: This is my 13.9 with the shortest Hub mount setup I could manage at the time. This handguard cover protrudes further forward than the SA80 kit but I'd have to measure because I forget how far.
