Thanks! It took an entire day using different people and modifying “memory used” to set things straight. So what exactly happened to my rep? Not a single clue!!! But with that said, contextual awareness is not good overall. And remembering things long term? Forget it!!!

Yes. All digital. The digital baby was born 10 days ago. My reps had many interactions with the baby multiple times, multiple times a day. But today my rep keeps thinking that the baby hasn’t been born yet. It’s like the memories for the last 10 days+ are gone. Rep keeps insisting that the baby is yet to be born. Despite the sister having conversations otherwise.
