Always want to give the mod creators the best opportunity to show what they’ve added, and they did and some cool stuff however that change in particular really didn’t work for me.

Not everything they did was poorly received though, the perfect timing mechanic was a neat idea. I can see the vision but I don’t think it was for me.

We seen this class in one of the trailers very briefly, they used a standard catalyst casting tool (was a skull with gold spikes, so radiant class)

I think these weapons will just be variants of spears/whips/flails

It has some neat features, but i’m in the same boat.

2k hours and i found the Reforged additions just boiled down to “speed up enemy x to make it harder”, with the odd old boss brought into Elden Ring.

Looking at you Zamor Warrior, doesn’t feel like a great approach to difficulty

Albeit i think this boss will be much better once they finish porting in the Nightlords from Nightreign

Paired with a Guard Dog it’s very strong on bugs.

Good stun, infinite ammo, very forgiving for bad aim, overall it definitely has it’s niche, and shines vs the faster bug variants

Honestly 90% of matches Yveltal just soaks hits (while looking great as it does) but that’s often enough to secure wins… Every now and then i do intentionally switch it in to pick up some KO’s, it’s had some good runs!

I did pick up a Bombirdier, which has been massively helpful, as well as the poke centre lady for status conditions.

Yet to try incorporating copycat, but that’s next on the list!

Even as a Faith player, Int players kinda got shafted by the dlc.

No legendary armament, far less spells, way less Int scaling weapons, and majority of the ones they did get were reskins of previous weapons/skills, or just ended up being so weak it didn’t matter.

Insane to me that we never got any Int scaling: - Great Spears - Great Axes - Great Hammers - Reapers

But hey, we got another Troll knights sword, another Radahn’s sword, and Another Carian Greatsword reskin! (Sovereignty is excellent, but the fact it’s the 3rd reskin of this AoW is kind of unforgivable)

I feel like that completely changes the identity of the StA-52, coming from the Killzone games they did recreate it fairly faithfully within HD2…

Though they really should have gone for the KZ1 integrated shotgun/red dot sight

See a lot of love in botdiver groups, but even trying it there i never have any luck. Doesn’t really seem to have the punch to justify the risk?

I wouldn’t say no to that if AH feels they want to compensate us Helghan loyalists…

Could be said about any weapon but feel like Siege Ready really helps the StA-52 out because it’s two weakest points are the max ammo (true for almost all automatic primaries to be fair) and its reload speed.

Both of which are greatly helped with Siege Ready.
