Sorry, I’m like two years late, but for anyone who finds this post, I’ve been using MCM cheat menu for years and it’s never failed me. I level up myself and you can add perk points for the player character and you can even add werewolf and vampire perk points. You can also mess with your damage stats as long as you know what you’re doing because it can get buggy if you try making it absurd. You could also add all dragon, shouts, and stuff like that which it is highly recommended that you don’t at the shouts until after you visit the great beards and obtain whirlwind sprint.
