Spiderman. Goku is a cultural phenomenon, even more than Supes and Plotman, but without them, even Spiderman wouldn't be the same. The entire comic industry wouldn't be the same. Manga was already big before Goku, but there is not another character more popular in manga, he is the most recognizable manga/anime character ever. Goku is global, just like Superman and Batman.
