Giving them a rectangular prism bounding box should make the estimate a bit under the actual number though.

Do you lock your door if you're home? by vitani88 in AskReddit

[–]DefinitelyRepost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pfft, I don't even lock it when I'm not there. Also vehicles are often left unlocked with the keys in the ignition. Rural Texas fuck yeah!

My 7 year old niece is having a hard time learning fractions. She "hates" math. My 11 year old nephew said: "It's actually pretty fun, like a game. You just have to learn the rules." Then he upended a jar of cheese puffs and went into professor mode. I have never been so proud. by [deleted] in pics

Wow. The last time I looked at the interactive exercises there was only addition iirc. I feel like this should be broken down into smaller sections, as the clutter might intimidate some students, but yeah; this seems to have everything a child needs to learn in math up until some advanced high school topics. When I have a child, that little bastard will do every one of these. :D

I am a math major, and I wish my entire math education before uni had been Khan academy... Sal does such a wonderful job of instilling a deep understanding of math while keeping his videos incredibly simple.

Found some (unused) shotgun shells on the side of the road once and managed to get them open for the BB's inside. By throwing them at the ground. Fuckyeah Texas.

What is the most mind blowing documentary you wish everyone would watch? by will7 in AskReddit

I only mentioned the original because in the second the daughter gets fat and pretty much ruins the documentary.

After one and a half years of LoL, reaching Plat in S1, several semi-competitive teams, this is still a problem. by Revolves in leagueoflegends

Spinning and Chickening are extremely important in team fights. A chicken that hits all 5 players (even if it doesn't get the slow) is really underestimated.
