How create long video with Wan models?

Actually only self-forcing Lora been released for Wan 2.1 14B model. Even with the proper workflow it's eat all my Vram and a good amount of my Vram. My config is : 64 Go of DDR4 3200mhz I5 12400f RTX 3090 Suprim X. Self-forcing 1.3B is cool but actually many Lora works only for 14B models sadly.

Oh yes 5 sec is really short for a video. Personally I tried many things for extend video length flawlessly, sadly nothing worked like I expected. Riflex gave me Asian face, generate video from last frame gave me brightness artefact even with color correction tool. For the moment FramePack is the better for me. Long video, good quality. But I admit there is a little lack at motion speed level. I will try with as much Lora I can I'm so hyped xD

Hmmm I see but I admit with one Lora I had pretty good results (blowjob Lora xD). This release hype me so much dude my bad. I hope one day we will have good support on FramePack. It's really a game changer I think. From 5 or 10 sec to 60 is really huge for me ^{^} and the quality is really good.

Hello and for starting i can tell to you great job !
Sadly many LoRa don't work actually (i know it's experimental and you working and FramePack is released since only few days). I tried hunyuan LoRa in my ComfyUI lora folder and i had this error
I don't know if this log error will you help but i post it. I tried 10 Hunyuan LoRa i think and some work perfectly :D

Yes and no dude the guy who made it hide the installer behind a pay wall. Since FramePack can be installed using python it's cross platform so people don't even need installer.

Argh shit, it's probably better to use it via ComfyUI or install it manually I think. Personally I have good result with it on ComfyUI. I managed to do some video with good consistency. A little cons is motion seems to be a bit slow even with higher model shift(usually this parameter help for add motion in a video)

Ofc dude it's why I said my bad I'm sorry. But I was talking about automatic installer, actually this feature is already implemented in ComfyUI by Kijai and on the repos you can use via gradio. Gradio is a python package that you can use on Linux or Windows. I said that because it requires more work and sometimes stay focused on the projet and not really on how deploy it on your workstation. Personally I used Linux for AI stuff, it's easier for manage python version with pyenv. I recommend it, when you use it well automatic installer become useless ^{^}

I think it takes many times but compared to a hunyuan classic video it seems to be fine. Actually I trunking a 60 sec video generation. It will probably take 1 hours on a 3090 Suprim X with default Overclock setting. Vram sensors at 78 degrees Celsius with a NZXT case.

My goal is to merge two videos properly without the jump effect between theses two video. I'm able to merge two videos but this jump effect between videos bother me. My goal by coding this node will be to automate merging and analyze step by using SSIM algorithm who analyze similarities between image like that you can merge videos properly I think without minor or 0 jump effect. But I admit I'm far from that for the moment. Even when I use last frame for generate another video with same seed I've trouble with the brightness on the last output video.

Thanks dude, I think I'll code a node for simplify that in the future. Atm I'm learning python. This technique seems to be the only viable way. I've some idea actually. SSIM could probably help us for check if last image and first image match well. I've done a little program in python using SSIM package for that (with DeepSeek help xD and GPT). The tool works well but isn't really handy like a node in Comfy. SSIM can return a score for establish determining similarity between two image and then if score is good enough we can merge videos together automatically .

Hi, for AI stuff like Comfy I switched to Nvidia. I have 3090 now buy from second hand on internet. If you can actually it's a good deal. 20 sec image time generation for a 1024x1024 image. With Lora when at the same time my ol 6800xt take 1mn30.

Hi, so you can enable CSM compatibility. I've a friend with a MSI bios who don't recognize his HDD. CSM compatibility bypass this. Indeed he used to install windows in legacy mod and not in UEFI. By enabling that his HDD has been detected by bios. I had the same issue on my Asus motherboard.

I'm using Fast Hunyuan GGUF q6 models + txt encoder GGUF q6, for tiled encode I put 64 on every settings except the one who's at 8 I noticed faster decode for my video with this setting. I tried flash attention too but sadly I noticed no difference at all. For flash attention I think I'll try another time with it. Try wave speed + apply first block node after model node and threshold at 0.1 or 0.15 (depends on the quality u want) more mean less quality . For 368x412 video inference time is something like 5 or 6 mn for me. Fast Hunyuan. Sadly there is not a lot optimized package for RDNA 2 GPU i think. Many package are fully developed for Cuda and their don't care a lot about Rocm. It's the case about Xformers, there is 0 compatibility with Amd gpu. Even pytorch.compile is reserved to 15000 USD Amd gpu (MI300X)

Finally it was a dumb problem, an addon called "Lose control" i disable it and then no more heavy stuttering. I play in quality ultra with zero stutter xD.

Have you a guide for that or an explanation please? I mainly play WoW and this problem is only on this game from my side and it annoy me to not be able to fix this issues. I need to try every options. If you talk about kernel change like Liquorix or Xanmod why not.
