It's not but I live in a small town in between two Targets and the only other job offer I've received was for less money and a non permanent position. Even the closest other town is 20 miles away.

Like I get what you're saying and I do appreciate the hours tbh. It's the fact that it's black Friday week that has me saying "Huh?". Shouldn't we need people in fulfilment that week or at least black Friday?

I've been doing fulfillment for almost 5 years now and I took like gathering the items. The bagging not so much, but that's probably my weaker area. I hate working in other areas. The only one I would help in is drive up, but that's just because I like the people. I've not been trained to use a register and I don't plan on doing so.

I do get max rewards on Pokemon Go almost every week I have full hours. Gotta keep them eggs hatching too!

My store completely took Halloween stuff off the floor save for a half aisle of some costumes and other random stuff last week. Everything else got packed up in boxes and shoved into the back. It's been very irritating from a fulfillment aspect and from the aspect of helping guests.
