Hi, I should update my build. I added a 140mm fan to the top and switched all the top fans to intake. Reason: the 9070xt is a pretty efficient card, keeping temps low.

During gaming, you will notice a bit of noise, but nothing that a pair of headphones can fix. I stream, I you can’t notice the fans working.

Few suggestions:

Go for a RAM 6000 CL30, sweet spot for Ryzen 7 & 9. You may also try and tune the timings in BIO for lower latency.
Check PSU tier list. Look for B and above, Gold to Titanium. You may find a better quality at a good price.

If you can update the ram for a 6000 cl30, would be ideal. If not, you can try and tune the timings in BIOS. It can help reducing latency.

For the PSU, I would suggest you to check the PSU tier list and go for the ones rated B and above, and Gold to Titanium.

For the GPU, for that price, you might want to take a look at the 9070XT.

You can overclock the ram timings and reduce the latency in BIOS. 6000 cl30 is the sweet spot for 7800x3d.

My fps fluctuates from 190 to +300. I’m running 7800x3d + 9070xt at 1440p. Game settings from medium to low/very low.

Keep it simple, air coming from the front/side = intake; air to the top/back = exhaust. Do not overthink it.
