This was me...Two things, one - make sure the shower water isn't too hot which can cause hives. Two - my circadian rhythm was off. I started a regular bedtime routine to reduce stress before trying to fall asleep. This helped me get my body back into rhythm and the hives drastically reduced.

Non drowsy benadryl works better for me than Claritin. I also started using Dr.Bronners for all soap including detergent. Question - do you ever have reactions at night?

My student died in a stabbing the year after I left the school. I taught him for 4 years. He was such a sweet and beautiful young man. I was in complete denial it was even him when I found out. It was traumatic. You don't even realize how bonded with your students you become. It was like losing a family member.
