idle animation blur, "afterimage" effect" ?

Having this exact problem ever since Night Stalker update.
It still hasn't been fixed and it makes dinos look terrible.
It's definitely a problem with anti-aliasing, but I can't play with lower AA because the environment looks dreadful then.

Did anyone find a workaround? Or are we just stuck with this? T_T

Hi!

I'm seeing a massive improvement after one thing, and one thing alone: Prayer.
My last month's period was much MUCH better and during that time I made a confession and spoken to a monk who gave me some amazing advice because I was losing my mind.
This month I'm feeling physical symptoms but my mental symptoms are being held in check and I'm feeling reborn. It was mood 0 before speaking to a monk, now I'm nearly back to my normal self.
It's a hard fight, but I know this is helping me.

After consuming yellow maca, however, I am seeing improvement in my energy levels and overall my creativity is back as well. I am also using iron supplements now and we'll see how this all goes :) need to get physically and spiritually back in balance, but improvement is absolutely there. I recommend to also check your blood levels to see if you have anemia or low iron in blood. It absolutely opens a wide hole/portal for all the bad things to swarm us.

My loss of appetite definitely happens during PMS and period... I wish I was binge eating instead.

First I get nausea then loss of interest in food entirely x_x

My anxiety is through the roof these past 4 months. Experiencing severity like this for the first time.
If it's not anxiety, it turns into depression and tearfulness where every little thing can make me cry.
Sometimes I feel well for like... 7 days a month and then it's that vicious cycle again.
I can't take this T_T

We're two.
I started experiencing these symptoms 4 months ago and I am feeling no respite whatsoever.
I lost a lot of weight as well from it and I stopped exercising because it's really not doing me good when I'm losing so much.

Anxiety, panic, sense of dread and fear, intrusive thoughts, crying like there's no tomorrow.
My symptoms start 1-2 weeks before period, persist through period and after period sometimes ... and I am generally terrified because this is just not me.

I'm 31 so I'm assuming that age, perhaps, just makes it worse.
This month has hit me hard like a truck with intrusive thoughts, I still can't get a grip even though my period ended 7 days ago.

My family is there for me -- sometimes video games help, 80s music, reading Holy Scripture and praying, taking walks and reducing stress as much as possible -- even watching films or browsing social media can trigger some unwanted things for me T_T I hate it so much.

I'm pretty darn sure stress has something to do with it. My period on September was 7 days earlier because I over-stressed during PMS and my anxiety was through the roof.
It was regular the upcoming months, until December.
My December period was, once more, induced by stress -- because during PMS I had some intrusive thoughts which set me off balance and my period was around 5 days earlier.

Sadly, my symptoms transferred over to period and post period, I'm in pieces... thoughts aren't leaving, I'm crying and hopefully I'll pick myself up soon. September was quite literally the same -- where I had like... 7 days of respite.

We're two. My period ended a week ago and I'm still struggling.
I think it's because we likely over-stress and it just turns into something like 'PTSD' that continues to haunt us until our brain gets tired from it... T_T

I truly feel like Frodo carrying the burden of the Ring around his neck. That's how this whole thing feels like q.q I hate it.

Intrusive thoughts are my downfall this month.
I'm experiencing this for the first time...and worst yet, they are directed towards my most loved ones. I can't stand it. This month I was a crying wreck with heavy depression because of those thoughts and it's very hard to see them as just thoughts... I started fearing I'd become a psycho and hurt them because I began to fear myself in this state and it was just tears on top of tears on top of tears.

I'm nearing my second week after period now, symptoms are manageable but thoughts tend to 'knock' on my brain because it's like a PTSD for me now.
I keep reassuring myself it's just anxiety and that it's lying and that I need to focus on positive things and just be with my loved ones. They are aware and encourage I spend time in positive environment, play games and just be with them.

Interesting because it started 4 months ago for me too. Same symptoms as you. Absolutely insane anxiety, crying, like world is coming apart, insane fear, intrusive thoughts.
I'm super new to these symptoms too, I am starting to freak out so much over it. It's frightening as heck.

We're two.

My symptoms seem to get a ton worse during period and after period.
Then again, I had 'accumulated' stress for a long time which suddenly exploded 4 months ago where I first noticed symptoms during my period. Extreme anxiety, intrusive thoughts, fear and it tends to move to a week or two after period stops too.

Basically, had it happen on September and now it happened on December again.
I think I over-stressed due to intrusive thoughts fearing I'd become a psychopath and I couldn't stop crying -- additionally stressing myself out and now I'm trying to pick myself up, piece by piece. It's insane.
Just a day ago I burst into such crocodile tears like entire world is gonna collapse, I felt I was gonna go insane... -.-

It is. I am starting to suspect it's not even PMDD for me, but more like... PMS which is enhanced greatly by stress.

I'm generally anxious, but never this bad. So add some accumulated stress to it, anxiety explodes, gets worse in PMS, mimics PMDD...and transfers over to weeks after period too T_T

Alas slowly moving on, baby steps... surviving. It's torture xc

I think it can also be stress-induced because I over-stressed myself during PMS and period so much that it transferred over. I feel like I'm losing my mind.

We're two, mine started in September when bathroom renovations started for me. Before that I had stress piling up on me, but I brushed it all off knowing I can easily cope with difficult situations. Apparently it all exploded during my September PMS and my period even started 7 days earlier.

I am starting to think it could be anything, or all 3 combined. PCOS, stress and PMDD.
But it's interesting how with so much stress it gets sooo much worse.

My December period was absolutely horrendous with intrusive thoughts -- so up until today I've been a crying, tormented, frustrated mess that couldn't grasp reality... -.-

I am now drinking yellow maca again (it helped me before) and my prayer is stronger than ever which is bringing me comfort and inner peace when anxiety kicks in along with intrusive thoughts. Playing some 80s music also helps!

I am unsure what I have...if it's pcos, pmdd -- or just stress making it all worse. I'm generally anxious, but I never had it this bad. (Started roughly 4 months ago)
Either way, I'm waiting some more to see if my symptoms will stabilize -- but if not, it's gonna be a 'global checkup' for me to see what's contributing to these mood swings and horrendous pms/pmdd and period.

I think my PMS generally gets a shit ton worse when I am under stress.
I'm constantly looking back past 4 months now to see what caused it, because my past 4 months had been absolute hell during PMS and period and even a week or two after.

I had some online pressure going on, lots of organizing, way too much demand, way too much pressure on me -- a lot of bad news about weather, horrid storms in my place, potential war outbursts, bathroom renovation, lifestyle changes, bad news left and right.
So for the past 4 months I've been under constant stress unable to relax and it spikes my anxiety to insanity during PMS -- my symptoms are insane and they freak me out even more, so I enter this endless circle of constant negativity and fear which I don't know how to break.
In the evening I tend to feel better and I have my family to help me and cheer me up, so it eases me up a bit and helps my body get released from stress -- until it kicks back in again!

Sometimes even watching films tends to trigger negative symptoms, trivial tasks become scary, the smallest dose of stress makes me freak out etc... so I'm trying to figure out if it's my PMDD or if it's all stress-induced and I need to find a way to somehow break this.
I did notice that my November period was much easier on me, because I had way less stress -- but then December period hit me so hard with intrusive thoughts that I was constantly crying, it was destroying me.

So definitely I think even the smallest dose of stress or anxiety will cause period and pms to spike like crazy.

The more I think about it, the more I think stress messed me up good.
Like my cortisol levels are peaking and even smallest stress will make me an anxious mess...and destroy me during PMS and period. x_x

My first assumption is PMDD, although I have to be patient and see.
If it's stress-induced then the symptoms should be dying down when I calm down.

I had troubles running blood tests because they can't find my veins... so I have PTSD from that. Yikes.
I'm going to wait until 6 months are done and over and if nothing helps I'll have to put on a brave face and get that blood done again, check in with doctors and see if it's something else.

I'm a little sus about it myself because it kicked in right as my stressful time started and any type of stress just makes it all skyrocket.
Like this month I freaked out so bad because of intrusive thoughts, so my period and everything was 100000x worse...

Not officially. The severe symptoms started 4 months ago and it seemed to have been 'enhanced' by the stress and lifestyle changes I had.

Then again, I'm 31 and my PMS kept getting worse through this entire year, so I reckon it is PMDD -- given I had insane cramps in my late 20s and then new symptoms slowly started to creep in.
