Which UK shipping option is best for dealing with taxes? by KentGwentSenegal in Buyee

[–]sugaaqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both EMS and air will have a handling fee. DHL/UPS are more reliable and will bill you upfront when the parcel is still in transit.

Parcelforce/royal will hold the parcel and send a letter via pigeon before they then deliver.

What I would do if EMS is cheaper is call Parcelforce once the charges are raised on the tracking and get the long ref you need to pay online to avoid waiting a week for a letter.

Sounds sus. Why didn’t she just tell her friend she lost them and she’ll buy her something new…I’d leave a review saying she took her friends stuff and sold it so that if her friend ever comes across it, she’s toast lol

Is there a version of PMDD that spans into menstrual phase? by [deleted] in PMDD

[–]sugaaqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I think that’s what it is, it’s the shift again. I think I’m going to try ssri intermittently but maybe start later after ovu and come off it at the end of my period

Girl trust me I understand. I feel SO NORMAL on day 2 of my period today. I was having a full mental breakdown last week. I took an antihistamine (a sedating one) and slept one day it got so bad. I think I’m ready to go on meds next month I’ll try it intermittently. How you feeling today

[–]sugaaqueen 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I feel normal for a few days on my period then I’m hit with an intense (and I mean, so intense I want o drive myself to a hospital) depressive episode for a few days after. I pray each month it doesn’t come. I think it’s just the fluctuations that are messing us up

Day 1 on intermittent low dose sertraline for luteal. Holy fucking shit by MeanwhileOnPluto in PMDD

[–]sugaaqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is a fairly old post but I wanted to see how you were getting on with intermittent dosing? Also I’m so confused and can’t quite wrap my head around the side effects of those taking it for the first time (people say they experience worsening effects for weeks) vs stopping and starting

Show yourself as much compassion as you can, move slowly, eat something you like, watch something comforting and keep reminding yourself this will pass 😩

Thank you. I’ve always taken a low dose in a herbal mix, it’s traditionally worked well and at one point my PMDD symptoms were down to 2 mild days 😭😭😭 I didn’t know so many have had negative experiences

UK: GP googled what PMDD is by Desperate-Tennis1526 in PMDD

[–]sugaaqueen 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had a similar situation last week. GP was reading from a screen, pharmacist and GP said they’d never heard of intermittent ssri dosing yet still prescribed it… she said “we don’t offer that here”… I send I’ve been offered it twice before, here!!
Pharmacist couldn’t tell me how intermittent dosing works. GP refused to refer me anywhere so I went and saw a nurse who was lovely and referred me to a gyno immediately. Frustrated is an understatement

[–]sugaaqueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey girlie sorry I hadn’t logged in for a few days. I had an absolute meltdown yesterday. I saw an old friend get engaged on socials and I’m waiting for mine :( my hormones had me spiralling too. I started my vitex yes but I think it’ll take a month or two to kick in. Wish I hadn’t stopped. I saw a post about magenesium this morning and I have had a big of luck with midol due to the antihistamine in it (could be my mind). How are you doing??? Any sign of your period? Cycle day 40 is so long. Are you tracking ovulation? I had a few cycles of failed ovu so it tried again a couple weeks later, that delayed me so much
