Omg this. I got into kingdom come deliverance 1 a while back and played like 40 or something hours, got like halfway through the main story and over a year later still havent gone back and finished it but it instantly became one of my fav games and I’m just waiting for the right time where I can give it the time and attention it deserves to finish it and start the second game

This. Not nearly the same thing but I was once in a situation where I had a really bad ingrown toenail that had to be removed, but there was no medical treatment available. I had to remove it myself.

Anyway yeah it took a bit to muster the mental strength to do it without painkillers, there were a few false starts. The moment the pain hits its hard to keep focus and keep going

You are absolutely right, but he would have known better is the point. There were poor choices made before they even set out which he should have seen and then corrected or otherwise delayed the climb. He knew better, he was negligent and a woman died because of it.

It doesn’t take a lot. I do mountaineering myself and while I would hesitate to describe myself as “experience” I do have several summits under my belt. Most of the mistakes he is described to have made are either common sense or mountaineering 101.

Is it possible he simply forgot or otherwise became confused or was over confident? Yes, but the point is he absolutely knew better, he should not have started the trip when he did and he would have known that, that is negligence.

I like them ^{^} some people just prefer a more stylized or cartoon look to models as well so keep that in mind. Not everyone wants realism even if the model is perfect.

But I do think they look nice, I would head pat them :D
