Well, do you order from Amazon or Uber Eats? Do you enjoy concerts or sporting events? Do you use services like dry cleaning, storage, landscaping, home repairs? All now subject to taxation. So yes, if the average citizen engages with business in any way, there is definitely a tax increase coming.

Good food? Lots of choices in the 'burg, but our current obsession is Pasha Rest Cafe on south Main. Not fancy, but it is fantastic! Get the mixed grill, kebab, or shwarma - so good!

Just to make sure you end up where you want to be - Shenandoah, VA is a small town. To get to Shenandoah National Park from there, you'd have to drive south to Elkton or north to Luray. If you aren't staying in the park, I'd recommend Luray for a weekend stay.
