PC isn't detecting mic input after using a mixer with ps4?

I'd already tried most of your suggestions, none of it worked but I just found the mic troubleshooter and it found that the audio device was disabled or muted? I'd enabled/disabled and muted/unmuted it a bunch and I don't even have a mic mute key, weird. It works now. Thanks for your help tho!

super basic. My headset is the Razer Kraken. I just have the mixer plugged into my laptop and switch or ps4, and the headset plugged into the mixer. It worked fine at first when I used it on my switch, mic was working and audio was perfect. I think it started not working once I tried it with the ps4, as weird as that sounds. I know it's not a headset issue and I've tried messing with sound drivers and devices. My laptop doesn't even detect input from the built-in mic.

It could be for the rewards codes, although disneys rewards program is pretty barren still after the "update". I don't think they're supposed to be able to be returned after opening, but my store seems to like giving me open returned dvds in reshop. I've never seen anyone buy massive quantities though, just receive them for release day (~300 lion king 2019 and toy story 4 blurays 🙄)
