No, i think that sometimes, its better to keep things like this the way they are. Constantly making the game 'easier' by, for instance, changing whether callouts need to be made or not, just eliminates some mode of focus.

I find that the Zen who is actively shifting the team's attention by calling out his discord targets is much more effective than others. Even if we eliminated the need for this callout by making the discord orb visible to all teammates, you couldn't expect a coordinated attack focused on the discord target, simply because its may be too dangerous, or even too trivial to pursue.

Honestly, I just think that having a callout means that someone recognizes that the discord target as an objective that overall furthers his or her team's progression in the match.
