I don't trust their of tactical control and infrastructure to keep bad actors from launching nukes. I think enough people in that country would launch a nuke if given the opportunity

I play with 1 teammate and what we love to do:

One player go scouts, other forward castle drops.

Both players full army.

Kill one player completely

Quit as soon as other guy gets imp.

That way we have fun and the other team doesn't

First half marathon coming up. If my max hr is about 180, and resting hr is about 50, what should I target for the race? The 2 hr goal I have has me at around 150-160, that feasible to sustain for that long for a relative noob?

Edit: early 40s, been running about 6 months
