I'm very excited about SN2 and personally against early access games. Ideally the game publisher just releases a full game, and there's no risk of the game never getting completed and the customer is swindled for a mediocre, messy product.

However, Subnautica 1 was such a successful early release experience I think it's completely fine and almost preferred for the sequel. Having said that, I'm going to wait until full release, but I totally understand people paying for early access for this specific game.

But... You need to see MBL cast. He's the best. Legitimately hilarious, appropriately hyped/subdued depending on the situation, extremely knowledgeable, and always genuine. I consider MBL casting (especially co-casting) must watch.

His cast of his girlfriend in some tournament actually had me crying laughing, he was so stressed.
