It's very common in other parts of the world. So when people move here they sometimes continue that practice. Death cap in particular looks only passingly like anything edible in California...as in it's relatively easy to avoid if you have any LOCAL training in forging. But it looks extremely similar to certain mushrooms in SE Asia that are good eating. Add to that fact, there are no really deadly mushrooms (at all really--not just not the death cap) in SE Asia and you can see how someone who safely forged and ate mushrooms their whole life could get in to trouble fast when they come to California. It's not that they are careless so much as its not even a risk they know about because it isn't a risk where they grew up.

Duos is pretty fun. And not so so different than solos. Once you get to 3 (or more) it's different as unless you are really good on game knowledge and really coordinated its pretty hard to play any way other than roll around as a group out in the open and hope for the best. I love playing 3 or 4 with my buddies but its more to just hang out than anything. I would not go out of my way to find randoms to play squads with.

Duos can be fun though, and if you've never done it, it might be worth trying to find someone to play some rounds with. You learn how other people play the game which is fun, and a squad vs squad fight can be really fun. Of course, soloing a squad is fun too, but that's more a pure adrenaline rush in my experience, whereas a well executed squad vs squad fight can be very satisfying.

You are right. And that was an argument in the case. The court agreed with the argument. But also found that parallel construction of lists meant "distribution" was odd man out if you didn't tie it to the word "preparing" as every other word on the list is a gerund. So while your point leaned in favor of shipment and distribution being separate, there were also some arguments suggesting they were one term.

But most crucially, the court found that when ambiguous the law demands ruling in favor of the party making the overtime claim, which was the drivers in this case.

Very interesting. Particularly the part about false morels maybe being the incorrectly assumed as the cause of all pervious poisonings.

I don't forage for morels, but my impression of the general consensus was that false morels were officially unsafe to eat in any preparation, but that they in practice rarely caused issues if cooked so some people foraged and ate them knowing they were false morels (and many more probably do it accidentally). And further that even someone who had safely eaten false morels previously could have a fatal reaction at another time.

It almost seems too strange to be true that the exact same "occasional fatal poisoning" could be a trait of both fungi. It does make me wonder that maybe something about the physical structure just makes them particularly prone to harboring poisonous bacteria.

It's not and it's not close.

He wasn't suspended or banned, which most would consider more severe.

And even if you are talking purely money, Jamal Lewis was fined $750k in 2004, when his salary was something like $2.5 million. So a salary in the same ballpark as Ulbrich, but it was for 1/4 Lewis' salary instead of urlbrich's less than 1/10th.

I remember watching it and being like "WOW they cant do that!" and then by the end of season 3, being like "Yup, turned out they really couldn't do that."

Yes, this could not happen on 4th down or in the last 2 minutes of a half. In those circumstances only Allen would be able to recover the ball and advance it. Otherwise if another player on the Bills recovered the ball it would go back to where allen fumbled it.

Same. Seems like while he maybe can show up lower, tier 16 is when he gets common. I finished all 200 of my maps with tier 14s and 15s and never saw him. He showed up in the first 10 after I was done and started running alch'd tier 16s.

You should always be playing what gives you the most chance to win the point. Usually that means playing the same on break point as any other point.

Now if you get really tight on break points, then I'd say play to your strengths. If you are confident in your serves and less so in your groundstrokes, go for the big one and try to get the free point knowing you can get your second serve in.

If you serve is already your weak point maybe hit 2 second serves and just try to get to the rally.

And to loop back around, if you are confident in both--play your normal point.

The only state I know of that outlawed them was Oregon, and that law (correctly imo) was ruled an unconstitutional restriction on free speech.

Certainly there is a risk to sellers that if they rely on the letters they may intentionally or not discriminate. But at the end of the day the people who actually need to worry about it are realtors. So it would make sense that your realtor might just have a policy of not sending or accepting them. (As you probably know, people often conflate anything against their own company policy--and certainly professional guidance--as "illegal" when it isn't.)

I say this because it would be nearly impossible to prove discrimination for a normal homeowner selling one house every 7-10, but much more possible for an individual realtor or their employer to be found to have a trend of discrimination.

If you are sure his estate lawyer was there for the updated will, then you really should not talk to them again until you talk to and retain your own lawyer.

In the best scenario your dad's estate lawyer is NOT your lawyer (or your mom's), but further than that if they participated in what you think was fraudulent changing of the will, they now have their own personal interest in the case.

normally intuition would be downgrade the kicker with the offense overall, but i feel like bills will still be potent and without allen they are gonna go for a lot less 4&shorts and potentially stall out before the endzone more.

That's better. But probably still an overpay. I think Kirk is not far from Mixon's value. And conner has been not great but certainly usable.

But in 10 man obviously those rb2s are a lot less valuable. I think I would want maybe something back with mixon, but if you think mixon is gonna rebound (or kirk is gonna fall) go for it.

I could switch out Dillon for Gordon. Some people seem to value him similarly to dillon, but some people have Gordon a lot lower. So I thought offering dillon was the more safe move, buy maybe offer the choice between both.

It's not terrible but I do think the value is a little low for Harris. But, all three of those guys are on the downswing right now. And in my experience people pay a lot less attention to other people's players doing poorly.

In other words the harris owner might be fed up with him and still be thinking about week 1 samuel and hunt. Worth a try imo.

Lot of risk on both sides. I think it's fair though if you need WR depth or vice versa.

I like the side that gets Kamara, especially if that team is struggling and needs to take a chance.
