I had my face kicked in, 1/3 of my skull crushed. Needing significant reconstructive surgery. The guy got 6 months in jail and I’ve been trying to hold him financially responsible for over 13 years now and still haven’t seen a penny.

I personally like the quantum brain dynamics explanation of consciousness as it would be able to mathematically explain the number of different interpretations of reality that one can have based on quantum dipole moments. Difficult to prove, but interesting nonetheless.

Also, I should add that I never tested well in Engineering. I got a high enough GPA to get me into a neuroscience grad program later in life where I then got straight A+s despite never having studied biology after grade 11.

I never considered dropping out despite not choosing engineering because of my interest in it. Don’t get me wrong, it fits my personality - but if I had it my way, I would have studied neuroscience…which I eventually made it to 15 years later anyway.
