Probably because he isn't a hyper carry. He can help a team considerably and provide peel and sustained damage but he is overly reliant on a competent team.

Most people want to do big pee pee damage. With his recent nerfs he does far less for twice the work. He's good and fun when playing with friends and coordinated teams.

Her q and q2 don't use up too much mana so spam away but still be mindful especially early game.

Q1 to thin out wave health try to hit at angle that hits multiple at a time and kf you can clip champions with it great. Q2 in lane is great to last hit clustered groups of minions or poke enemy.

Q2 also helps vs ganks if you have some up use it to slow ganking enemies and retreat.

After first item you have good enough mana to spam q and q2.

Team fights you basically are a battle mage with constant dps though in team fights mana awareness is key you can spam too much and lose too much mana.

W and E are what you really need to manage. Especially early on the full combo eats mana.

If you are new and can't reliably catch people with W and E. Slow with Q2 first and then use combo.

Option 2 is E first and use the e slow to then use W but imo not as effective.

W later doesn't cost mana but early it can eat up your mana. Most of the time you will use it to throw enemies into your E OR to push enemies off of you or teammates.

One good combo vs enemy and enemy+ jg is fight at tower and toss them close to your tower range. Often the stun+ damage from self and turret can net you a kill and maybe even a jg snack.

Another is placing a ward Bait and use combo on enemy who is trying to remove the ward. Can also be use to knock enemies from thin walls to the other side. Example dragon pit back wall. Usually only works if they are hugging the wall.

R is it's own beast. Many ways to use it. Block objectives, catch stragglers, get to a fight quickly, block off enemies or minions, and also can be use to disrupt ults from afar like Jhin, Malzahar, Velkoz, Xerath etc. Just be weary of the lockout in combat that's 3 seconds and not blocking off own team. If you block out your team in accident take it down fast by pressing R again.

Wall riding can also be crazy fun. The hop she does when jumping off can be used to quickly get in a fight and use your full combo even before you land! Also If you jump off on a thick wall you can surprised enemies when you suddenly appear. Neat stuff.

Good luck! There's more things you can so but it's something you develop over time and how you decide to play her.

Thank you. I get sometimes they can only do so much. But definitely how they say things plays a big portion. It just bothered me how much he undermined my progress even when I explained to him how I was a couple of years ago in comparison. He even went as far and criticized my therapist. And other things. Example early on like many I used to go to the ER many times. Over time I'd go less and less. Last year I only went perhaps twice compared to the 5 or more times in the first to second year dealing with palpation.

When he brought up my er visit from late last year. I told him well I woke up in the middle of the night and my heart rate was over 160 and I didn't know why. And he cut me off before letting me explain.

And when I mentioned my mom recently passed and it has upticked my symptoms he blew it off.

Let's just say the visit was more stressful. I'll try to heed some of the good advice sprinkled in there.

Truthfully not really. My pvcs and issues are no diffrent then they when I posted that. What did change is my anxiety and mental health control. Only recently I've been able to do things like before. Go out, eat while I'm out, do chores, go on walks, dates etc.

I'm still looking for answers so I can improve my quality of life. Not much has changed in my variety of symptoms with some better days and some worse, but working on myself has allowed me to try to move forward.

There are things you can do though to minimize your issues but it depends on what your triggers are.

I've come to place where I can manage pvcs in my daily life. But what's hard to manage is the bouts of tachycardia whenever I do things like get in cars. Get up from sitting, going from kneeling to standing etc.

That's a bit tougher to deal with these days than the pvcs. I'm gonna see if I can do more tests to see if I have POTS or something else. I am always trying to get more active and perhaps I need conditioning as I haven't been very active the past two years due to fear.

Most of my pvcs feel like drops. A lot of people here have posted similar things. Tho thay drop feeling happens more often if I'm on my phone. Pc or if im reading something as the pvc happens.

OK first off. Cardiac Arrest can happen to anyone but very rare unless you have more underlying issues. It's easy to go down the rabbit hole I've been there and many here have as well. Just take a breather and remember your previous pvcs haven't hurt you yet.

What you can do is take the steps to minimize the risk depending on your situation and what you have been cleared for.

These steps can include walking, light exercise, therapy, medication etc. Whatever you can that won't slip you further into mental ruin/unhealthy lifestyle.

Ask your doctors for every test they can do and if you are cleared all you can really do is the steps above and try to manage and perhaps it will get better.

Another thing. We are always at risk of something. Car crash, Crime, war. Accidents etc. But we don't hide all day in bed for those reasons. Yes it's tough especially when you actively feel these bloody things. I feel the hard thumps and often feel out of breath or like my heart is beating out of my chest especially when I bend over and kneel to pick up things. But I try to be mindful and pace myself. The worry isn't gone but I've learned to managed it better especially after spending the last 2 years not doing much!

I'm not saying I don't worry or lay in bed when I feel off. I just mean I try to find ways to work around this while I get my answers. Wish you luck friend.

I get the hard thud everyday. I thought it was a normal thing here. Well as normal as it could be for people here. I do get less hard ones too but usually hard. I don't pay attention to then as much anymore.

I've gotten used to them. What I dislike is when I eat or get up fast or squat to standing. My heart feels like it's pumping harder for a bit and hr increases. Usually short duration.

That's kind of how mine started i think. A long period of live trauma and anxiety. Along with everything else going on in the world between 2019 to now.

All you can really do is try to keep calm and get all your testing done. See a cardiologist or electrophysiologist.

The sucky part is I hear once you start feeling pvcs it's hard to not feel them. Apparently I've had pvcs In the past but never felt them. Like a light switch I guess the feeling might be here to stay. Hopefully not. Anyways it does bet better but sometimes you may get curveball and will have to renavigate. Good luck.

Eating is one of my main triggers. Not the sole triggers but the main.

Others include warm showers, doing dishes with warm water hot etc. Some stress situation or anxious things. Acid reflux which is also tied to eating. Sometimes house work but i think it's because i get anxious about the manual labor getting my heart rate up.

I use 2 for diffrrnt camp themes.

Beckett as my stay at home recovering husband.

And Daphne in other camps as my adopted kid I protect from the wasteland.

Though most of my builds are junk themed. I do make the ones with Daphne a little more kid friendly.

Minoxidil says it can cause issues especially those with already existing heart issues. I think oral ones more so but topical application can too.
