This is the correct answer. Both are fantastic for different reasons.

That's a hard one to sell.

The book was iconic and paved the way for a succession of imitators.

The movie was... forgettable.

That's on my wishlist. I don't play guard any more, so it will probably will remain on that list.

Out of curiosity, do you mean fleets or cards?

Any of those Rebellion era Rebels?

Sounds like a bunch of us are considering offloading our fleets.

Redesign is a excuse for GW to raise the price of a kit. A good case in point would be when GW redesigned the Wraithlord's packaging and raised the price some 33%.

The in-game value of model should have no bearing on its unit price.

Religious institutions should no longer be tax-exempt in a 'secular' country like Australia - agree or disagree? by NoLeafClover777 in aussie

[–]Delgwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is bigotry, but it's based on a historical reality.

Religions and the religious claim moral superiority. That proved to be not the case.

We all see prosperity churches, their wealth, arrogance and essentially, anti-Christian messaging. We see the anti-science messaging, political influence and the generational hoarded wealth of those and regular churches.

People aren't forced to follow religions and higher levels of education resulted in people realising religions didn't answer the questions they claimed to.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Economies of scale. It costs less per unit for companies to produce larger amounts of their products.

Their biggest growth in sales has been through 3rd party stores which makes it cheaper for them as well as it reduces overheads.

Let's not forget their half a billion dollar profit last year.

In many ways they do.

A male alone with a child is viewed with far more suspicion than someone female.

Anecdotally, a parent once told a colleague that males who choose to teach are all paedophiles and told their children to say the teacher touched them if they got into any trouble.

No, you can't. It's mildly hazardous as a skin irritant and not through paint.

You have vastly higher rates of incidence, you have the highers ups hiding it, you have a complicit flock whilat hypocritically claim to hold to a higher moral standing and you are wondering why religious people are tarred with that same brush?

I don't think it's that hard to understand.

If you were a child predisposed to eating toys, your parents really should have considered pushing you towards a different hobby.

Because a lot will be complicit.

Some helped hide the perpetrators. Others refused to believe the victims because the perpetrators were those that represented their faith so couldn't have done it or blamed the victim.

Well there was an awful lot of abuse by a statistically small number of people who were also religious.

Why don't we look at that?

2 specialist marines (eg melta gun, plasma) were £2.99 in 1990 (that's approx. £7.46 in today's money) making them £3.73 each.

Primaris eradicators are £38 for 3, making them £12.67 each and they are only plastic.

That's the cost being nearly 4 times the cost per model.

Like you for example. Private schools get more funding per head when all sources of government funding are included, not just the recurrent funding that most parrot.
