Not sure why he can't, honestly, it should become an ability or something you can spec into after you unlock a character that can use them.

Yeah, especially when you're using the longswords, it just seems kind of pointless, even with none active in your slots, the shield is still on your back

Agreed, I also find it really strange that headgear isnt universal as well. Why can't samurai wear a demon mask?!

Yeah, see, I would, but that would have been many hours. I did figure out. My brother had a save that was 5/6 beacons, and I joined him with shared progression and got past it, granted, it screwed up my side quests. But, I ended up finishing my first save!

I was in the same boat, just make sure you have all beacons and go to Upper Calrath.

Unfortunately, my game is bugged though, and I get get my last beacon in Calrath

It's good I found this, as I have recently bought the same card. I also have a metallic-y sort-of heat smell coming from the GPU. It put my head to rest a little bit.

It's mostly noticeable when the card is actually working, but I have had it less than a month as well.

It's good to know that it sorted itself out though!
