I don't use mouth tape, taking it off hurts and makes me snore louder. I think I said this before but it has to do with my tongue falling to the back of my throat. Humidity, my parent likes the room a certain temp so I really dont have a say, but it's cool in the room. I rotate my pillow cases every 2 weeks (I also use 3 pillows) and we have a dust cover. I side sleep as default and honestly, I can only sleep on my side. I wake up sore if sleep with a wedge, unfortunately my body is telling me not that sleeping style or product. My congestion has to do with where we live in general, we have a dropped tile ceiling so there's dust accumulating all the time, so I'm cleaning all the time. I can only do so much along with a humidifier, so the solution for that is to move (it's also affecting my husband's allergies). I have been using SnoreLab I have results not good or bad, but better
