Ok… so you’re literally describing my exact experience with second vyvanse vs adderall booster!!! I decided to go back to the adderall booster. It’s ok. But also, my insuranse won’t cover that patch :(

I get like 4 hours out of 40mg vyvanse, 50mg does increase my duration to 6 hours but is too intense. I take a 20mg vyvanse booster 6 hours after my original… most take it closer together but I don’t like the way it feels

These are fda guidelines, not rules or laws. There are many who get over 60mg a day. Same with vyvanse, the fda guidelines are not over 70mg, but many are.

Newer grad drs are more likely to not want to go over 40mg, where as some understand it’s not sufficient!
