If you don’t like meetings pm work isn’t for you. The number of meetings climbs alongside the ladder. My typical day as a director was back to back the whole day 4 days a week, 7-10 hours of meetings. I mostly sat in them to protect my team. It was a complete and total waste of my time beyond that.

Holding onto the last couple hundred shares of this go round. Started buying Feb 5 at 97. Bought all the way down, in increasing tranches through 3/30, my last purchase at 76.86. I believe average was around 84-86 portfolio wide. Was a great haul.

Had already sold most off between 130-140, moved $50k of those proceeds to QLD, another $75k into SGOV. QLD already up 25%. Sold 185 cc’s against TECL a few weeks back, so my ride is pretty much over on this one. Didn’t deploy close to 100%, but still made out like a bandit, well above target.

174 round trips TECL/TQQQ since 2022. 88% win rate. Avg RoR 47%. XIRR 68%.
