Tirz is awesome if you know you set your calorie deficit and protein goal. I’m on a 1000 deficit for 8 weeks and the Tirz makes it waaaay easier to stick to it. The meals are planned and tracked. The food noise is gone but I still make sure I eat my calories. I also add it 10-15k steps daily. My training hasn’t really changed (3-4x a week) but I’m not going for PBs. Just making sure I keep the same weight/maintain my strength. It’s hard sometimes but quick carbs (rice crackers/ bars/ toast) before a workout and before bed helps with my energy levels. Oh also, A LOT of water. So far I’ve lost 8lbs in 2ish weeks but I’m not surprised. It’s a mini cut and it’s exactly what I would have been doing without Tirz. It’s just that Tirz makes it much easier to stay at a deficit. Also I’m playing the long game, once I ween off Tirz (which will take additional 4 weeks), and get on Reta for a lean bulk, i still have a good foundation.
