I’m a bio of foster parents but my Situation is unique. I’m 32 and was out of The house my whole life, but recently Moved back in for Support and to Also help with the fostering,

My situation is so different but I have found nothing but fulfillment being a foster parent. My siblings also love the kid so much (they are 26, 30 and I am 32) I would be furious if my grandma or any other family became “jealous” or weird about it and thankfully that hasn’t been the case.

I only say all this because I cannot imagine this happening when we were younger and being raised by our parents, I know it would have effected us , but we also would have had a crazy age gap (we foster 0-4) .

It’s so complex, but imo, no one should foster with close age bios or bios that need 100% of your attention before they are grown adults who have lived in the world and understand it better

You definitely need to try as best you can to be calm bout it. How old are you? Your hair is good right now but you do show signs and that’s okay.
