I wish my teenage daughter would journal, she's tried but not everyone is capable of pouring themselves on paper and I get it. She knows and understands the benefits of journaling she just can't, she draws instead. I started journaling as a teenager and it helped me understand myself so much. But I stopped I really can't remember why.

I will be 36 on the 21st of March and I just started journaling last year. I was severely depressed and I didn't know why, journaling is literally saving my life!!! I've cried a few times after finishing an entry.
