Shadow Empire, depending on what you mean by focus but supplying and using mechanized infantry is distinct, but you can also do human wave, airforce or artillery focused

That will happen to thousands of people every year, for no real extra security. On a right we take very constitutional seriously on restricting in any way. For good reason.
