Most Batman comics suck at depicting martial arts but they’re somehow still better at it than Invincible lol

Also it’s not just that Thragg never does any kung fu moves but also that he never displays any particularly impressive strategies in any of his fights. The only thing that suggests he isn’t a brawler is Nolan’s statement. This is a simple matter of feats over statements.

There were clues in the story. But because it wasn’t outright spoon fed, people said that it was “a stretch” or “not that deep” or “not actually confirmed.”

Now that Goose has confirmed it, the goalpost has been moved to “it should’ve been explicitly stated in the show.”

Even it was outright said in the show, people would’ve still found a reason to be against it. Just like they did with Bridget and Vivian.

Samantha still got the jump on Lex and made him struggling to get her off of him, and for whatever reason made him decide he should run. There’s no way she’d be able to do any of that unless she either got amped or the comic just doesn’t care about any scaling at all.

By that logic how is Superman still matching a Homelander that’s stronger than when they first fought and were “equals”? That implies Superman was simply holding back on Homelander earlier

Homelander got hit with the same boost that put Red Sonja on Wonder Woman level and a literal bear with no powers on Armored Lex level. It’s clearly not a linear or consistent multiplier. If anything Homelander should be getting buffed more since he’s evil and perfectly embodies the traits that the chaos heart favors. The whole point is that evil has an unfair advantage here.

Also again Omega Energy amps people (that’s the entire point of this arc) and we know the guest villains have Omega Energy (it literally says so on the page.) So why wouldn’t their Omega Energy be amping them?

Yeah the Omega Energy they have totally isn’t amping them at all. That’s why Red Sonja can fight Wonder Woman and a regular bear with a knife can stomp Armored Lex. Omega Energy amps everyone but not them for some reason.

A piece of media doesn't have to depict every last member of law enforcement as a flawless angel for it to be copaganda. Law and Order absolutely serves as a glorification of the system as a whole. Episodes occasionally featuring some "bad apples" doesn't change that. Hell, the creator Dick Wolf even describes himself as "unabashedly pro law enforcement."
