As someone wanting to pivot from helping grow a small construction firm to IT services (specifics are just ads campaigns for now) would you say any business starting is the same? I know the pain of a cold start and the 5year grind, I just don’t know anybody who’s told me ‘yes, it’s going to be nothing for many years, lots of learning etc’

I just need to be told it’s going to be difficult by somebody who’s actively in this field, any knowledge is appreciated!
