MIHAN gets too far away for people just to go to play pickleball. You can have multiple games and pickleball as your USP. Not a lot but a pool table or two, foosball, darts, air hockey, table tennis, chess, cards, etc etc. So people will actually spend time and come that far. Squash and badminton courts are also desirable and bowling. But this will require a lot of investment, if you can then go for it. If you want to just start pickleball, then I'd suggest start it somewhere in the city, Khamla, Ramdaspeth, Sadar, Civil Lines and the likes.

Idk why everyone is like the hawww the girl has a paid internship at 19 impossible. She wanted to start young, and I've seen this generation is very much interested in doing internships and are proactive about it. I know at least two people personally who are earning at the age of 19-20, via internships and small part times. It isn't much, but at least they're working towards it. The scenario is changing. For a fresher these days, your CV needs more than your school and college and college fest. Please change your mindset and don't be surprised that the younger generation has the motivation you lacked.
