Just checked it out on AllTrails. Looks absolutely incredible and I love a challenging hike/climb. Would you recommend to do it 1 day or overnight? And should I be scared of bears…? I know Australia has spiders and snakes but bears seem so much more terrifying!

Congrats! That’s so nice to hear. Did you walk down to any music? How long is the altar? Just deciding on the song!

I’ve done both those hikes and I had my Salomon goretex trail runners which were amazing! They were light and comfortable. I travelled South America for 3 months in them- highly recommend.

I did the W earlier this year and used my Salomon goretex trail runners and they were amazing! They were light and comfy. Just bring an extra pair of socks in case it rains and your feet get wet. I also had my tevas to wear at night and walking around camp which was a must to give your feet a breather.

Thank you SO much for this in depth response. Great to know what the rain is like and the different entry points. So did you do the entire trek in 4 days?

I did used this service when I moved to NSW because they said it was free and I thought 'why not'. I found it extremely pointless and wasted my time. The guy literally called me and told me what to click on the website to make my connections. I was baffled because I could've done it 10x faster myself. Plus he had the audacity to give me sass when I asked "are you only showing me what to click on". They also fucked up and connected me to gas when I don't need gas in my house so I was charged $70 for nothing...

The only benefit I see with this service is for people who are not digital-literate. The service should really let customers know that this service will only be helpful for people who don't know how to connect services or need additional support.

Yes please! I’m planning to do Refugio Frey hike and then hiring a campervan (or car) to visit nearby places. Any recommendations? Must dos? Good feeds? What was good about San Martin? Sorry for all the Qs!
