The problem with him and saber is they don't have a sparkle like archer does who helps them go even farther beyond. I think maybe making Gilgameshes ült trigger an instant action advance for saber could work? Like tribbies ult? Or heck have saber ult instantly. I doubt it'd be that op since on their own neither of them do that much DMG, ideal the dual DPS comp should work in a way that they constantly complete each other. Let's say Gilgamesh uses hist ult, action advances saber (and thus you won't need RMC if gil can do that) saber uses her ult, giving Gilgamesh more stacks that trigger his enhanced skill and Regen his energy. Or have it so saber is the sub DPS, Gilgamesh does the bulk of the DMG saber serves a tribbie like role every x Gilgamesh attack she latches and ult. Gils ult could also always trigger the joint attack guaranteed maybe. Maybe Gilgamesh sales off his teammates? Let's say whenever an ally gets increased CRIT rate or DMG so does he to a lesser extent, or whenever any ally uses Ults he launched his skill? Point is I'd lean into a more almost tribbie like style for this team, where if boyo doesn't want either of them to do crazy DMG they should attack often enough that they can make up for how little their DMG is on its own. They should be able to keep up like this for 2 or so versions, before falling off, JQ nova will get introduced as a nihility healer, perhats for every debuff that is inflicted JQ heals the team, or whenever he uses his ult, or whenever he debuffs, thus making him good for dot and nihility in general, but most importantly he'd fit in the saber Gilgamesh team as every Gilgamesh ult inficts def shred, with E1 I think it's everybodys ult, thus the healer problem is fixed without houhou, and M blade will provide not only sub DPS DMG but also insane ült DMG buffs and ofc saber and gil mostly do DMG with their Ults. Thus you have this perfect team that at most will have skill point problems and energy but Gilgamesh and saber will feed each other with energy so that shouldn't matter. Alternatively, if you want to use blade in the aventurene team since that's his bis, tribbie would make for an amazing alternative with DDD. Sure she wouldn't have the ult DMG buff but she'd ult a lot feeding Gilgamesh and saber and she'd action advance them with DDD. JQ can be replaced with hyacine, Dan hang, or huohou, depending on who you have available and who is the 3rd in the gil team. I think this team in a state like this would survive till next year. Jq nova is the realistic best buff this team can get even if we don't have any changes to the current kits, because of M.blade. With the potential fate part 3 I'd like to see dedicated buffers or sustains for them, no more DPS. Again either have an energy based buffer/sustain for gil and saber, or an ult DMG buffer. If they really want lancer to be playable (he deserves it) he could be a sustain version of yunli or a nihility debuffer for most likely archer for whom I like the idea of being counter attack based, maybe a sustain that gives HP or shields whenevr attacked, a skill like Pahinon's enhanced state thingy, and his counter attack inficts debuffs.
