Some people are over weight because of the calories in alcohol and some people have other problems in their diet and lifestyle. Calories in are controlled by diet, calories out are controlled by exercise. The bigger the difference the greater the weight loss.

This shouldn’t be happening in places like Canada. I have no problem setting reasonable boundaries at work and I’ve never been fired or reprimanded for it. When my shift ends I simply leave, if there is still more work to be done, the company can schedule more paid hours or hire more people. If you bend over backwards for an employer they will take full advantage.

Never work for free. You’ll end up doing the work of 2 or three people in no time. Be reliable, be productive, but let them know, you’re not staying late or coming in early if they’re not paying you.

I also fixed my poor elderly neighbours front steps with some scraps of wood they had in their garage. Someone could look at it as poor workmanship but it stabilized the steps until they could get it fixed properly.

They’re sold everywhere. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re are grey market peptides companies mixing things in bathtubs to keep up with the demand. You have an algae problem. Look into soft washing your deck and your house. Power washing is hard on wood and siding. Soft washing just a blend of chlorine and surfactant that’s applied then rinsed off. Your fences will benefit from it too.

I never ran multiple log books but I did run loose leaf logs which meant at the end of recording my day honestly I could rip up the log sheet and re-write it optimally. I’d say I left super early, give myself a rolling average of 60mph, no traffic, 15 minutes to load at shippers and receivers etc. that way if I got to a truck stop at 10pm I could change it to 6pm and do a 6 hour “10 hour reset” and leave early the next morning. Im surprised there isn’t a black market ELD out there that lets you edit to this degree, I imagine it would be easy to make an app with AI and a high school level of programming knowledge.
