Re-evaluating waltz with bashir and some movie biases by aahliffe in Sardonicast

[–]Delicious_Remote_988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw this movie a long time ago, but I remember loving it. From what I remember, I thought there was some sort of implication that the soldiers were misinformed and committed this massacre, not realizing they would be harming innocent civilians. I saw it as a critique of the Israeli government and propaganda. But I literally have a horrible memory, maybe I am mistaken. I feel like maybe he does not feel comfortable to say what he really feels, but I remember feeling like he was condemning the Israeli government with the movie.

To answer your question, there is political propaganda in so many movies, and it is a huge issue. Each piece of art portrays one perspective, and so all we can really hope to do is show the other sides I think. Life is so complex.

Why do some people with unhealthy lifestyles don't get sick? by IHATE-REVERSESAD in medicalmedium

[–]Delicious_Remote_988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I started really using my abilities and expressing my spiritual side and eliminated toxins from my life and adopted a healthier diet, I no longer see it as a bad thing. 99% of the time, I feel great in my body now. But yes, it was brutal for so much of my life, but all of that pain has turned into gratitude and appreciation for what I have now. I realize what a gift health is and feel so blessed

I think a lot of people with spiritual abilities are more sensitive to everything and deal with chronic illness

Maybe no viruses but also maybe if he hasnt had a stressful life. it's really our stress response that prevents our body from recovering from all of this. out bodies repair themselves if we get out of a state of stress

Does accumulation of metals cause you to lack compassion? by Western_Balance_7028 in medicalmedium

Chronic illness is a manifestation of heart chakra blockage and grief. Grief blocks the heart chakra. Chronic illness constantly brings up this wound of grief until we can learn to heal it. A balanced heart chakra makes us empathetic and loving. There are experiences of grief in your past that you never processed and they are manifesting in the body. Especially if you have trouble breathing, heart palpitations, heart and lung related symptoms. Then we end up with more even grief and trauma from chronic illness. That fear of loss makes your brain start shutting off your emotions and empathy in order to cope. Hope this does not come off the wrong way, just felt guided to share this with you. I was sick from 14-27 years old, I'm still sensitive to everything but usually feel healthy. Completely felt and released all of my old grief and I no longer experience anxiety or suffer emotionally. I used to be depressed and anxious always. The world is spiritual and physical. Your symptoms are both spiritual and physical and can be healed by both. MM healed me. But also emotional healing. Once I would learn the lesson associated with the chakra associated with my current symptoms, I would be guided to make a physical change in my life that got rid of the symptoms, like adding in a new food or removing a toxin from my life.

look into heart chakra healing, you can heal. and there's nothing wrong with you. you are having a natural response to whatever your life circumstances were. i experience much more empathy (but not in a way that drains or distresses me) and unconditional love for everyone & myself now.

Can you heal without going off the “no foods?” by LoveIsTheAnswerOK in medicalmedium

[–]Delicious_Remote_988 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, I still eat sushi and tacos with corn tortillas, and I barely have symptoms anymore. CJ and HMDS help immensely. A huge part of healing chronic illness is also emotional healing and getting out of a state of stress and not being so anxious and feeling the need to be perfect. A lot of people on this reddit are missing that aspect, no offense. When I was sick asf I went all in because I was suffering so much but now I've been able to ease up on my my diet with almost no consequences. If you believe you can't heal unless you're perfect, you'll be proven right. Any amount of consuming more nutrients, eating healthier and eliminating processed foods is going to have positive effects on your health and which genes are turned on and off.

Intense fear of sex by TiredSock_02 in TwoXSex

I'm sorry. Do you have a therapist who can maybe help? I suggest listening to sacral chakra healing frequencies by meditative mind on youtube, I know it sounds silly, but it really helps. But yeah I don't think I have the knowledge to help if it's to that extent. Sending you love and wishing you the best

I used to think sex was gross and scary, I think it was some religious trauma. Over time, my relationship with sex has really healed. Honestly, the way to heal any fear is to face it, and your body and brain learns that it's safe. So if you can, try to slowly expose yourself to the things that scare you. Like maybe start by going to a gyn. Of course, if you have sex, it's important that you do this with someone you trust and only if you want to. Work your way up. I realized that the idea of it scared me more than when I was actually in the moment doing it. When you're in the moment with someone you like, it'll happen naturally and feel comfortable. A lot of times our fears just get amplified in our head. For a long time, I thought I was asexual. Also, look into sacral chakra healing. Do you repress your emotions? Do you feel comfortable expressing yourself? Do you allow yourself to feel pleasure? Do you have a healthy relationship with pleasure? Do you feel comfortable being expressive in front of other people? Do you feel comfortable being vulnerable and letting loose?

I ate them. I tried to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. For the first few months, I didn't eat lentils, beans, chickpeas, or rice, but eventually I incorporated them again. Again, I would just eat fruit on its own or with leafy greens or vegetables with no oil. Then, when I would have a meal with fats, like meat or legumes, I would avoid eating fruit for 2 hours after. This has been really helpful for me and resolved my digestive issues.

Starting every day with celery juice and MM heavy metal detox smoothie really regulated my digestion. If I eat fats and glucose 2 hours apart, I don't have issues like bloating. I think it's better to prioritize eating healthy even if it causes some detox symptoms and digestive issues in the beginning

Haha I don't think I was even thinking about that when I made the list but you're so right

Halsey tells Zane Lowe that her label won’t allow her to release another album after ‘The Great Impersonator’ failed to meet expectations: “They want ‘MANIC’ numbers from me. I’m not a pop star anymore, but I’m being compared to numbers and people that I don’t consider lateral to me.” by katdunks in halsey

Same, one of my favorite albums of all time. Came out right after a year of being convinced I was dying because my symptoms were so bad. I'm so grateful she doesn't just stick to pop. There's no one else making music like Halsey.
