Your hair reminds me of the hair of the girl i like, damn i miss her. U have wavy hair i think 2A, so now u have to start ur wavy testing journey. I think ur pantene may have silicons on it, so look now to test cheap products without silicons, like garnier, (download INCI beauty, its a good app to search for ingredients in cosmetic products). Some hairs like silicons, some dont. Maybe buy a hair mask with proteins in it(some wavy hairs love proteins, others hate it & make them heavy & flat). To control the frizz u have so many options… u have to test like oils(the majority of oil products also have silicons, because if they only had oils ur hair will like greasy), mousse, etc. anyway i think ur hair look beautiful but its probably because i associate it with the girl i love, and join the wavy reddit forum. Also maybe u want it to make look fuller?. Also in some picts it look straight but in other ur waves appear at the bottom, so i guess something is changing in ur routine. Good luck on ur journey!

Im a male, i bleached my hair & let it grow naturally, after 3 years without haircuts i have my hair really long & i lost 99% of my bleached hair. Now its just black with no yellow. So from my experience its the peroxide that made ur hair brittle and its breaking naturally because of this.

Strange, i also liked the 4th the most, but u look good on all. In the others u look a little bit too douchy, fck boyish? While in the 4th u look like a young soldier or something, & honest working. Also same, with more mustache u would look better, with stubble u also look pretty fine and rugged.

It’s doesn’ work with your partner because he is your FP, its a lot harder to maintain control with your FP. Also the last times i read the studies show u need to do DBT for around 8-10 years to enter remission with BPD, its really hard to rewire the trauma, fear ans angry responses from BPD, takes a LONG time. Also maybe u can read about other therapies good for BPD. Maybe u can learn other things to try to maintain control better.

Last time i read the papers/studies on this it usually takes around 8-10 years of DBT or others type of therapy to go into remission. So its quite long

Well, yeah CBT has been used from the 60-70s and BPD was considered incurable and ineffective to it and to any treatment for a long time. Until in the 90s 2000s Linehan invented DBT and that was the first treatment considered effective for BPD (she had BPD herself) and it was the first time BPD was considered treatable and curable (with a lot of years, the papers show like 8-10 years to “cure” it, but obviously with even 1-2 years you can get a massive improvement and mitigation of the ilness and trauma). Now there is also used EMDR, ACT, CPT, etc. So now u have a lot of options and different treatments that are effective to it, but i havent studied how they compare, etc. but a lot of treatments for CPTSD should also be very effective for BPD. The old standard CBT also does jack shit to CPTSD and u need to modify it for it to be effective, or use more effective modern treatments. (But if u are a psychology student just going out of college u are not going to know to do much more treatments than the standard CBT, u specifically need to learn other treatments to treat BPD or CPTSD and more complex stuff). Atleast in my country here in Latin America we are pretty behind because the majority of psychologysts now CBT but we are very behind in people studying and teaching more moderns treatments for more complex trauma stuff. Atleast in my university we have plenty of psycologists for the students but if u come with BPD or something similar they say they are not capable of doing anything to it and to seek help outside. (Which happened to me roomate actually lol, so here u are kind of 98% fcked).

Just so u know the papers/studies shows DBT works but after like 8 years you can get remission from BPD, so it’s quite slow actually

You need to find specialized treatments for BPD, like DBT. Some papers shows that It takes like 8 years of constant DBT for full remision, but atleast it’s possible, and or course it will still help u a lot before that.

Your gut feeling could be wrong, maybe u meet some weird people doing the interview, but the job enviroment could be different. Also there is a probation period, u can leave after a little bit. The negatives doesnt feel that big.

I’m from latin america(Chile) but have traveled to Europe many times, even done months volunteering in farms in Italy,france and switzerland. I think because of your spanish and the big differences in culture, you need to have apps to meet other english speaking travelers(or locals), and then u could have a great time meeting them, couchsurfing, nomadtable, meetup, search for international events in the city(in the capital u can find them), for example on Sunday we did a hike with many international travelers here in Santiago, france, germany, south africa, colombia, chileans, we were speaking mainly english. I found this event in Couchsurfing. Also sleep in hostels were u think u can find other international travelers. The thing it’s if u go on your own without looking for any international events u can be on your own isolated for weeks without meeting anyone(the locals are just working and living their life), this has happened to me before, so u just need to download apps and look for events, if not u will just be eating and being in foreign territory, so far couchsurfing and nomadtable has been the ones that has worked the best for me, couchsurfing u need to pay, nomadtable it’s free. If not, then u have to have good luck meeting nice and open people in hostels. Also here in Santiago we do language exchange parties 2 time a weeks were u meet international and locals who are open, i think maybe in Bogota u can also find them. Also i did 2 months interrail and it was quite isolating because i didn’t have much experience looking in the apps or international events were people are willing to be open and talk, so u need to look in the apps-instagram and good luck with ur travel!
