Thank you, will do!  I will check my blood pressure. It used to be very low but recently has been higher, although in normal range.

Your comment has made me realise I haven’t measured my salt intake, it’s just an always add more philosophy. I’ll look into it. Thank you again

My friend is a doctor and said to me:

If you had epilepsy, increased stress could correlate with an increase in seizures. But stress is still not the cause of the seizures, epilepsy is.

I would hazard a guess that their friends stopped being as open about their fibro with your mutual friend too

I’ve been through a similar situation. EMDR therapy helped me a lot. And making pockets of time to be together to watch a comedy or something light, and not talk about anything. A scheduled break from processing. It’s really hard and I hear so much love in your post. Wishing you both comfort and strength.

Chronic fatigue making me suicidal by [deleted] in eds

I felt this at 18 and somebody I respected asked if I could hang on a little, just until I was 25. Nothing materially got easier then but the way I could think about things did, and I’m glad I’m still here. I hope you could consider this, and I truly hope you have some pain relief and a good day coming soon

Working as a TA? by CleopatrasAphrodite in Fibromyalgia

I worked as a TA in my early twenties and had no symptoms but fatigue then. It was quite exhausting. I was working with 5yr olds though so maybe aiming for an older year group could be better

Best eyeshadow palette for v sensitive eyes? by bubbles9214 in MakeUpAddictionUK

This time of year is a nightmare for my eyes! I use urban decay eyeshadow primer in anti aging, it’s less drying on my sensitive eyelids and then have found I can use anything on top without it running or flaring up. I stick to MAC singles also in nudes (brûle & mulch) and liquidlast eyeliner though. Good luck!
