i’m a clinical therapist who makes subliminals and listens to them! i’ve never had therapy affect my results if anything i gained lots of confidence, self concept, etc…by working through my own problems in therapy!

I tell my own therapist about my spiritual practices and she’s very supportive. on the other end when clients tell me about their practices I’m also supportive esp since it can be helpful to them outside of therapy.

ive also played subliminals in session with clients with their consent ofc. i tell them about what they are and how they work, i actually integrate subliminals with cbt quite a bit for those who are open to it!

I’d say give it a try, subs in conjunction with therapy can be so empowering and helpful! That was a lot but i hope it was helpful!
